1. Enquiry
You submit a short care plan request. A coordinator contacts you within one business day to understand your needs, timing and preferred language.
What to prepare: Have your country of residence and the treatment area you're exploring ready.
2. Clinical review by provider
With your consent, relevant records are shared securely with selected providers. Their qualified clinicians assess suitability and respond with a proposed plan.
What to prepare: We'll request only the records needed, through a secure channel.
3. Compare options
You receive clearly attributed estimates with inclusions, exclusions, currency and validity. Ask questions, request another provider, or take time to decide.
What to prepare: Compare like for like. No pressure, no obligation.
4. Plan travel
If you choose to proceed, we coordinate official visa guidance, transfers, accommodation and interpreter needs in line with the treating team's advice.
What to prepare: We'll share a practical itinerary and a list of documents to bring.
5. Treatment in India
The hospital and treating team own all clinical consent, care and discharge decisions. We support the non-clinical side and escalate clinical questions to them.
What to prepare: Your coordinator remains reachable throughout your stay.
6. Follow-up at home
We help coordinate discharge summaries, remote follow-up and, with your consent, handover of records to your local clinician.
What to prepare: Recovery continues with a clear plan and ongoing support.
